Import Master LoansUpload the newest master loan workbook first. Atlas creates a fresh Rules Copy and updates the Loan Rules tab from that file.

Verify MatchesCheck that Loan Rules borrowers match the staged Actual / Budget properties before using the rules in Budget Machine.

Create Rules CopyWhen you want to test or preserve changes, create a named Rules Copy so the current Rules Version stays protected.

What The Generated Workbook Controls
After Budget Machine builds a workbook, open the output Excel file and look for a sheet named Rules Panel.
Property Management FeeChoose AUTO, DEFAULT_2026, or MANUAL monthly override values.

Loan Data ReviewSee matched loan fields that drive loan and interest formulas.
3% Prior-Year RollforwardInside each generated workbook, switch Rules Panel to 3% to roll eligible prior-year detail rows forward while protected formula rows stay untouched.
