How to get this from Yardi
- Open Reports, then Financial Packets. The screen should say Financial Analytics.
- Use report name 12 Month Actual-Budget, tree code atlas_CF, property .active, book Cash.
- Set period from 1/year to the last reconciled month/year.
- Set suppress zero to No, consolidate to No, file type to Excel, and combine into one Excel file to Yes.
- Set account to Yes. Decimals are optional. Click Export, then drop the Excel file here.
Rent Projection
Drop the Yardi Rent Projection workbook here.
How to get this from Yardi
- Use Yardi Voyager 7. Go to Analytics, Commercial, Property.
- Choose report type Rent Projection and property .active.
- Leave building, charge code, lease type, CFDA, property type, and user-defined fields blank.
- Set from date to January of the budget year, period to Monthly, summarize by Property, and MTM treatment to Continuous.
- Check Show Detail and Show Grid. Leave graph, graph only, suppress zero rows, and show brand unchecked. Export to Excel and drop it here.
Tenancy Schedule
Drop the Yardi Tenancy Schedule workbook here.
How to get this from Yardi
- Use Yardi 8 Voyager. Go to Reports, then Tenancy Schedule 1.
- Set property to .active. Leave owner, building, floor, customer, tenant, brand, and unit attributes blank.
- For the as-of date, use the most recent date budgets were requeued, usually the end of the prior month.
- In Lease and Sales Info, leave lease type, sales group, category, charge group, sales type, and clauses blank.
- In Additional Data, check amendments, future active, superseded, pending, charge schedule, rent review, rent step, gross rent, and unit types.
- For Summary By, check charge code, lease type, and occupancy. Leave all else blank, export, and drop it here.

Drop a rules workbook here if you want a Rules Version copy. The main rules file still stays safe.
Scheduler Reports
Drop the combined Scheduler Reports workbook used by Property Packets.
How to get this from Yardi
- Open Yardi 8, then go to Reports, then Financial Packets.
- Check Income Statement, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet.
- Use tree code atlas_cf for all three reports.
- Set property to .active.
- Set book to Cash.
- Set period for the month you want the report on.
- Suppress zero is optional.
- Set Consolidate to No.
- Type your email.
- Set file type to Excel.
- Check Combine into one Excel file.
- Account/decimals are optional.
- Click OK at the bottom.
- Wait for the email.
- Drag and drop the finished file here as Scheduler_Reports.xlsx.
